1. Before starting the air compressor, it is necessary to first check whether the machine has water or rain, whether the machine circuit is normal, and whether the three-phase power supply is normal.
2. Before starting up, ensure that the oil temperature is not lower than+2 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is too low, please use a heating device to heat the oil and gas drum and the main engine.
3. Check that the oil level is in the normal position, check that all condensate discharge ports are closed (should be opened during long-term shutdown), and also check whether the cooling water discharge port of the water-cooled unit is closed (this valve should be opened during long-term shutdown).
4. After powering off the equipment, manually turn the main engine coupling, which should rotate flexibly (belt and direct connection model). For difficult turning machines, please do not blindly turn on the machine. Check if there are any faults in the machine or motor, and if the lubricating oil is viscous and ineffective. Only after troubleshooting can the machine be turned on.
5. For machines that have been shut down for a long time or have been using the oil filter for a long time, it is recommended to replace the oil filter before starting up to prevent insufficient oil supply caused by the viscosity of the oil penetrating the oil filter and the decrease in its ability to penetrate the oil filter at the beginning of the machine. This can cause the machine to overheat instantly during startup, leading to machine malfunctions.
6. After the above work checks, the first startup should be jogged to check the operation and whether the sound is normal when the machine is started. After the official startup, the current and oil temperature changes should be checked. If there is a sudden temperature change, please stop the machine immediately. Do not frequently start the machine, and if necessary, add suitable coolant to the body. Jogging method: Press the start button, run for about 5 seconds, then press the emergency stop button, with an interval of half a minute (for permanent magnet frequency converters, the jog time can be pressed after the pre run time is completed), repeat the above steps no less than 3 times before starting.
7. For machines that have installed heat recovery, please close the oil valve of the heat recovery system and slowly open the oil control valve of the heat recovery system after the unit is running normally.
8. Two stage compression machines, especially high-power models, need to add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the air inlet and jog 2-3 times when starting up again after stopping for a period of time. The oil and gas tank to the body's oil injection regulating valve should be fully opened at the beginning. If the exhaust temperature is too low after stable operation, the inlet water of the customer's cooling water valve can be adjusted to control the temperature. If necessary, the oil injection valve can be adjusted according to the actual temperature situation to control the inlet oil star to reach the appropriate exhaust temperature.
9. The variable frequency machine should pay attention to the exhaust temperature in winter to prevent it from being too low (mainly due to long-term low-frequency operation causing low exhaust temperature). Adjust the appropriate opening of the cooling water valve according to the exhaust temperature. If necessary, replace it with a high-temperature thermal control valve core to avoid emulsification of the oil.
